Since 2006, AmerinRio, Inc. has been a beacon of hope, co- founded by Donald McElfresh and Cristina Oliveira to help others. As a 501(c)(3) and UN NGO Civil Society Participant for 19 years, we’ve empowered families, built sustainable communities, and laid the groundwork for Rise From The Streets. From our Global Poverty Minimumization campaign (2006-08) to Brazil operations, our impact spans decades.
