Cristina Oliveira–President/CEO

Ms. Oliveira is one of our founders and has been in her current position since inception. She has brought many years of experience dealing with people and her love to help others achieve their goals.

Donald McElfresh–Vice President

Mr. McElfresh is a serial entrepreneur and is also one of our founding members. He serves in this capacity as

Sonny Franco–Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Franco is our CFO in the USA and volunteers his time to help us with all of our financial documents and attends board meetings when needed. His years of experience and his education in finance has been invaluable to AmerinRio over the years.

Ernie Trujillo–Director and Board Member

Mr. Trujillo has served on the board of directors since 2007 and has contributed financially and many hours of his time giving AmerinRio, Inc. much valued direction and advise.

Spiegel & Utrera–Corporate Lawyers

Spiegel & Utrera have been our corporate attorneys since incorporation in March of 2006 and continue to serve as our Registered Agent in Florida.

Neide Lucia Rodrigues Carvalho–Vice President/Brazil

Ms Carvalho is one of our founders in Brazil and she has served as Vice President since we incorporated as an NGO in Brazil in 2007. She brings to us many years of experience as a business woman and entrepreneur.

Jocelaine de Lima Lucio–Treasurer

Ms. Lima-Lucio is our beloved Treasurer and helps keep us on the right path with our expenditures.

Flavia Alencar–Accountant

Ms. Alencar has been with us in this capacity since 2006 and helps keep our company up to date with all of the licenses and documents we need to fill with Brasilia and local government offices.
